Enter the maze at START (upper left) and exit at END (upper right). When you come of a letter, you must jump to the other instance of that letter.

Working backwards, you see that you can only reach the end from H or J. The earlier instance of J is a dead end; so H must be the right letter. H connects to B, and B connects to the START. So, working from the START, go to B, then H, then to the END.
